    Marketing Director 

    The Marketing Director of WebCreek sets and achieves high performance standards for the marketing department by:

    • Attaining the highest potential profitability for the company through optimized marketing and branding performances
    • Managing and coordinating the marketing department across the company’s international offices
    • Planning and implementing strategies, campaigns and promotions

    The Marketing Director reports to the CEO. He or she oversees the following duties as designated by functional area.  

    Marketing

    • Coordinates with the CEO, Sales Director, Creative Director and Content Director to determine marketing objectives and strategies
    • Accomplishes marketing objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching marketing team members
    • Updates the marketing and PR plan on a monthly basis to identify potential areas for marketing opportunities throughout the USA, Latin America and Europe
    • Creates and implement a marketing and PR strategy and plan for specific areas of the company, such as website and product optimization
    • Develops and delivers marketing plans and programs for each product
    • Creates and delivers strategies for SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
    • Undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
    • Coordinates with Content Team and Creative Team to produce monthly newsletters for clients, including strategizing for new, effective and engaging content each month with relation to products, offers, and company news
    • Creates newsletter statistical reports for presentation
    • Works closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
    • Works closely with the Recruiting Specialist and Office Manager to recruit and maintain marketing team



    Measurement

    • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
    • Analyzes customer buying behavior according to business type (e.g. Oil and Gas)
    • Establishes analytics and performance tracking strategy for various marketing technologies. 
    • Establishes KPIs; tracking and reporting on channel effectiveness of marketing initiatives across similar platforms and businesses
    • Tracks and disseminates information tied to marketing technology performance metrics, initiative results, and budget status
    • Drives a culture of data-driven decision making by providing actionable, business-based insights sourced from our real-time user behavior (website, CRM, email, etc.)
    • Optimizes spending and planning of company resources stack to ensure both best practices and efficient operations


    Social Media

    • Oversees and coordinates with the Content Team to produce regular content for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google+
    • Oversees social media presence and directs programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
    • Coordinates with the marketing department in Houston to administer promotional content, such as advertising and promoted posts
    • Helps to audit analytics at the end of the month to provide statistical reports
    • Identifies new social media trends by examining industry and markets
