Guiding users of field service software using a fresh approach
Lloyd's Register is a user of a custom version of our premiere software package, OFS Pro. They had a particularly important but complex process that they wanted to communicate to employees. Rather than have their employees slog through the typical user guide, they asked us to create a guided video that went through the process step by step.
Our creative team started on the basics, learning about the process and all about LR's requirements. They then created a logical narrative based on the structure of a user guide, but with visual cues to help new users fully understand the steps. The result was an easy to follow video to cut down on back and forth inquiries at LR, and we're glad it worked!
