    The Community Manager at WebCreek is responsible for setting and implementing the highest standards in social media and communication to align with marketing strategies for the company. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and works closely with the Content, Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams. The main functions of this role include:

    Responsabilities
     
    • Create and coordinate digital campaigns in all our channels
    • Proposing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
    • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
    • Monitor all social media accounts and keep them up to date
    • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
    • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
    • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
    • Organize PR and promotional events via social media and do post-event follow up.
    • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
     
    Community Manager Qualifications

    • English Level: Native/Proficient 
    • Excellent verbal communication skills English / Spanish
    • Excellent writing skills English / Spanish 
    • 2 years of experience in the same role
    • Communicative and interpersonal skills are a must
    • Analytical and data driven with proof of it
    • Experience launching community initiatives
    • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills English / Spanish
    • Excellent writing skills English / Spanish 
    • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
    • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
    • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
